New Manifesto Briefing: Our Rights. Your Move.
The Human Rights Consortium Scotland (HRCS) has published “Our Rights. Your Move.” – a comprehensive manifesto briefing written in partnership with our membership which calls for bold, progressive political action to embed and protect human rights in Scotland.
With the 2026 Scottish Parliament election on the horizon, this briefing outlines clear priorities and evidence-based calls to action. From incorporating international human rights treaties into Scots law, to tackling poverty, health inequalities, discrimination, and the climate crisis – the message is clear:
Human rights must be at the heart of our future.
