Anti-racism
The Consortium is currently in a phase of learning about anti-racism. We are working in a sector which we recognise is dominated by white people, and where people of colour have been marginalised.
We are trying to learn about what it means for organisations like ours to be proactively anti-racist.
As we learn, we will be sharing useful resources via this page, to help other organisations to explore anti-racism and reflect on the impact of racism on the sector and the people we work with.
