New report on Care Experienced people and the Scottish Human Rights Bill OUT NOW!
A new report, commissioned by the Consortium with Who Cares? Scotland, explores how the new Human Rights Bill for Scotland can, and should, better realise the human rights of Care Experienced people.

This new report, authored by Dr David Scott from the Scottish Council on Global Affairs and the Glasgow Centre for International Law and Security, University of Glasgow, shows that the specific disadvantage they face needs specific recognition in the Scottish Human Rights Bill.
