HRCS publishes Theory of Change and Strategic Plan for 2026 - 2031
Following the organisation’s first AGM since transition from a single tier to 2 tier SCIO, Human Rights Consortium Scotland has now published its new Theory of Change and Strategic Plan for the next five years (2026-2031).
Maintaining the core vision that Scottish civil society has a strong, collective voice and is empowered and enabled to defend and promote human rights for everyone, our mission is to provide a high quality, accessible civil society network and to defend
and promote human rights.
We work towards two strategic outcomes:
- Scotland has a strong, collective civil society voice which is able to defend and promote human rights.
- Civil society is able to use human rights as a tool to strengthen democracy and deliver social justice in Scotland.
Accompanying this plan, we have also developed a Theory of Change to highlight our strategic approach to our work over the next five years.
You can access both documents via the links above. Additionally, they can be found on the ‘About Us’ page on the website under What We Do.
