Join Human Rights Consortium Scotland for the launch of A Migrant’s Guide to Scotland – Your Human Rights in a Different Country, a new booklet designed to empower migrants with accessible information about their rights and how to navigate life in Scotland.

This resource was developed through the Migrants Participation Project, funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and delivered in partnership with Migrant Voice. Through interactive workshops and discussions, participants explored themes such as human rights, culture, belonging, gender, family, intersectionality, civic participation, and mental wellbeing. Their lived experiences and reflections directly shaped the content of the booklet, ensuring it is practical, inclusive, and grounded in real experiences.

Date: 31 March
Time: 12:00–13:00

This one-hour online event will feature speakers from the Human Rights Consortium Scotland team and project contributors, sharing the story behind the resource and reflecting on the importance of ensuring migrants understand their rights in Scotland.
