In the fourth session of our Members-Only Guest Lecture Series, we turn to the current landscape of human rights incorporation in Scotland. This event will also launch a new report from Professor Nicole Busby on priorities for incorporation in the lead up to the development of the Scottish Human Rights Bill.

Professor Nicole Busby, Professor of Human Rights, Equality and Justice
“Nicole Busby has worked as a legal academic for over 30 years, specialising in equality law and human rights law and is a Director of the GO Justice Centre at the University of Glasgow. She works regularly with civil society organisations on social justice issues. She was a member of the First Minister’s Advisory Group on Human Rights Leadership (2018-2019) and Chair of the Academic Advisory Panel of the National Taskforce for Human Rights Leadership (2019-2021). She is currently a member of the Scottish Government’s Human Rights Incorporation and Implementation Oversight Board.”
