The Human Rights Consortium Scotland (HRCS) held a webinar which was open to our membership in January 2025 to discuss 
the Consultation.

We were supported by the Scottish Government’s Mainstreaming Team who gave an introductory presentation and then participated in a detailed question and answer discussion with our members. It is encouraging to see the effective integration of Human Rights and Equalities in the proposals for the Mainstreaming Strategy. 

Our consultation response is based on the information shared during the webinar and careful consideration of the Mainstreaming Strategy Paper.
