New Report: Incorporating International Human Rights: Selected ICESCR Rights and Their Impact on LGBT+ Matters

The Consortium and Equality Network have commissioned a new report, written by Dr Paul Behrens of the University of Edinburgh Law School, exploring the importance of economic, social and cultural rights for LGBT+ people in Scotland.

The report examines what the UN has to say about LGBT+ people's rights under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) and what this means for Scotland's new Human Rights Bill.
